Airport Information


  • Holiday Taxis (easyJet.holidaytaxis.com) take you from home to the airport, then city or destination.

  • Buses on route 457 leave every 20 minutes from 5am-8pm, stopping in the centre, including the central train station. Tickets: €1 (ticket machine); €1.30 (on board).

  • Visit the Europcar desk on arrival for special easyJet inflight rates.

  • A journey to the centre costs about €20 and takes 15 minutes

  • Lidi Playa is a long stretch of white, sandy coastline not far from the city centre. Swim, sunbathe, take a stroll along the beach, dine in the fantastic restaurants or wait till sundown and hit the clubs.
  • Reggio Calabria is a small but interesting town with an ancient castle, wonderful beaches and sensational views. To get there take a train/bus from the central train station to Messina, from there take the ferry to Reggio.
